At best, a regular defragger would take around 3 minutes to defrag this same file. The secret - UltimateDefrag only moves the fragmented parts of the file and attaches them to the non-fragmented portion. This is known as in-place defragging. UltimateDefrag makes a decision on every file whether to move the entire file or perform an inplace defrag.
